Not a membership. Not a support group. A structured development pathway — with outdoor challenge events as the goal and the methods to get you there.
When the people around you are also pushing, also refusing to stay where they are, it raises your standard. Not through competition. Through proximity. You see what is possible. You see men ahead of you and behind you on the same road. All of them moving.
Most men are surrounded by people who are comfortable. That comfort becomes the ceiling over time. The Circle puts you in a different room — with men who know they need more and are doing something about it.
The WhatsApp group is a structured broadcast. Daily inputs from Ben. Methods, challenges, accountability. Not a chat group. Not noise. The actual tools and thinking that underpin the full A&E system.
You do not have to be at a certain level to join. You have to be honest about where you are and serious about where you are going. The environment filters out everyone else naturally.
Physical sessions at A&E HQ — Unit 9a, Dinting Industrial Estate, Glossop. Raw, industrial, private. No mirrors. No music. Just the environment and the method.
Everything in the unit builds toward what happens outside it. The outdoor challenges are not a perk. They are the point.
Access is earned, not included. When Ben judges a Circle member has developed to the required standard, the invitation goes out. That is what makes it mean something.
£47 a month. The Circle is not padded out. It is built around the things that actually move men forward. What you get back depends on what you put in.
Some men develop through the Circle and move into private 1:1 coaching when they are ready for that level. Others stay because the Circle is exactly what they need. Both are fine. The point is that you are moving.
The Circle is not open to everyone. Standards apply. If it is not the right fit you will be told directly.
The Circle is where that readiness is built.
