What This Is
You'll move through six phases: breathing drills, restriction work, movement under pressure, psychological work, and cold exposure. Everything is progressive. Everything is coached. Everything is designed to show you what you're actually capable of when the conditions are real.
By the end of two hours you won't just have learned something. You'll have done something. And you'll feel the difference between those two things.

The Programme
We start with slow, deliberate breathing to bring the nervous system into full awareness. You'll learn to use breath as a precision tool, not a reaction to stress. This is the foundation everything else builds from.
Then we shift. Fast, powerful breathwork to activate the body, raise energy, and demonstrate something most people have never felt: the ability to change your internal state on demand. This is not a concept. You'll feel it happen.
CO₂ tolerance is one of the most under-trained performance tools available. We'll work with controlled air restriction to build your capacity to stay calm, clear, and in control when oxygen drops and the mind starts looking for an exit.
You'll move while holding your breath. Coached recovery between rounds. This is where theory becomes reality. Your body learns to perform under restriction and your nervous system adapts in real time. Not simulated. Actual.
Under restriction and under cold, the mind talks. Loudly. You'll be taught to hear it clearly, and not be run by it. This is the phase most people don't expect. It's where the real shift happens, and it's where most people realise something they didn't know about themselves.
Phase 06
The final phase. Everything you've built (your breath control, CO₂ tolerance, psychological steadiness) gets tested in the cold. Not comfortable cold. Real cold.
Barrels, outdoor exposure, and hose work targeting the vagus nerve. You'll be coached through every second of it. The breath is your tool. The cold is the test.
