What You Can Expect:

Controlled cold water exposure designed to build mental and physical resilience from the inside out. You'll use breathwork in real-time to manage your body's stress response under genuine pressure.
You don't do this alone. The challenges are built to be completed as a unit — forging trust, communication, and the kind of strength that only comes from shared struggle.
Designed to push your physical limits while simultaneously training your mind to hold. The two are inseparable here. You'll find out what you're actually made of.
Practical tools you can carry into every high-pressure moment in your life — not just on the day. These are skills for pressure, for performance, for becoming someone who doesn't fold.
Embedded throughout the day — not delivered as a lecture but lived in real moments. You'll be coached when it matters most, not from a classroom.
After everything, you regroup. Around a fire, with food, you process what just happened — and what it means going forward. This is where the shift really locks in.

I've built this based on my own training, experience, and what works. It's raw, legitimate, and nothing like what the typical "mental toughness" events offer.

Standards to Enter

Cold Water Experience

You must have done cold water or open water exposure before. This isn't 1:1 coaching — the group moves together.

Baseline Fitness

You don't need to be the fittest or strongest, but you must be active and training in some form.

Squad Mentality

No ego, no intimidation. We work as a unit. That's the only way this works.

Serious Commitment

You need to believe in this process and come with the right attitude. Half-hearted doesn't belong here.

Why I'm Doing This

I've lived and witnessed what this unconventional training process can do, has done, and continues to do for my mind and my life.

Because of the positive effect this has had on my mind, body and soul, my passion to help others unlock the same level of inner strength, resilience, and clarity is why I coach this. I'm looking for people who are genuinely ready to do the same.
